I can’t thank these amazing people enough for helping me and my dog Randy after he had an accident where he got hit by a car, he was seen within 10minutes of me phoning up as an emergency. The staff are incredibly helpful and considerate. If there were more stars i would give them more. They helped tremendously and have always been incredible to us. Thank you all!!

One of our cats, Pop, was poorly over the Bank Holiday. Our usual vet was closed but forwarded us to New Priory Vets. The team there was very helpful. Roz the vet gave Pop an injection and emailed his file to our vet so we can follow up. We were very happy with the help our furbaby received and would highly recommend this vet.

Was referred to New Priory by our usual vets for emergency care for our dog. Although the care she received was of an acceptable standard, the issue is that New Priory do not process insurance claims within any reasonable timeframe. It's been two weeks since we visited and still no sign of a claim being submitted to our insurer and no response to multiple e-mails and phone calls on the topic. In the meantime, our vet who we saw earlier the same day submitted the claim within hours of our visit and the claim has been paid out. The summary is that New Priory charge premium prices but provide a sub-par experience. On a related note, the facility itself is old and grubby and dated. When it costs £1,500 for your dog to be in hospital for a less than 6 hours, you really wonder where that money goes, because it's definitely not going to upkeep of the facilities or towards having enough staff to process insurance claims. I will avoid New Priory based on my experience and I would encourage you to do the same.

My kids lost our beloved sheepdog last night. New Priory Vets gave her sanctuary overnight and fed her in the morning. Great community spirit! Thank you!

We wanted to say thank you to the team at New Priory Vets for looking after our little Lola. She became incredibly unwell with haemorragic gastroenteritis and spent 11 days in hospital with lots of complications, requiring intensive treatment. We were a little unsure at first as New Priory is not our usual vet and we had to establish trust very quickly when Lola became critically unwell. We genuinely think the prompt and compassionate care by the team at New Priory Brighton saved her life. We finally have her back home and she is recovering well and slowly returning back to her usual mischief, which brings us incredible joy. A special thank you to Roz, Carla, Megan, Hannah and Tasha for showing us and Lola incredible compassion and outstanding care, and to Amelia and the reception team for being incredibly caring when we were struggling. Thank you, sincerely, for getting our girl back home to us. 🩷 Anna, Faye and little Lola
